MTC expands validity of the Health Certificate for Brief Class A and B

The Ministry of Transport and Communications (MTC) decided to expand the validity of health certificates for the granting of class A and B driver's licenses.

Said provision is protected by the Director Resolution No. 40-2021-MTC/18 published in the Bulletin of Legal Standards of the newspaper El Peruano.

The standard also extends the term of the driver's licenses of class A and health certificates for the granting of class A driving licenses.

Similarly, it extends until July 31, 2022, the driving licenses of class B and health certificates for the granting of class B driver's licenses, whose expiration has occurred since January 1,2020 until July 30, 2022.

This Directive Resolution also extended the suspension of the entry into force of the “Protocol for the Evaluation of Driving Skills Skills in the closed infrastructure to road and public roads, for the granting of driver's licenses”.
